Scott
Co-founder
Scott Pickard brings two decades of experience across defence, engineering, and technology, having held senior delivery, programme, and organisational leadership roles at organisations including Dyson and the Ministry of Defence, and worked across the UK and South East Asia. He has led complex transformations, shaped operating models, and built high-performing teams in demanding environments, with a consistent focus on the structures and strategies that enable organisations to perform and adapt. Scott leads Liun Sheppard's organisational design and value delivery practice with a simple objective: sustainable results, and something worth keeping when the work is done.
Laura
Co-founder
Laura Pickard began her career in hospitality, managing restaurants in the UK before moving into events management across South East Asia. Returning to Europe, she transitioned into HR consulting and recruitment, building a track record as both a top biller and team manager across interim and permanent placements in a broad range of sectors. A CIPD qualified HR professional, Laura leads Liun Sheppard's HR Solutions practice, bringing operational depth, commercial instinct, and first-hand experience of building and managing high-performing teams.
